At CB Groundworks & Construction Limited, we originally started laying roads with a horse and cart, which shows just how long we have been around. We have always been a family run business since we were first founded. We have always been involved in Groundworks and Construction, going through generation after generation right up until the present day.
At Present, Kevin Johnson is the Contracts Manager and is the youngest of the sons. His father Peter Johnson is still very much involved but is normally in the background whilst Kevin and his team are on site.
We pride ourselves in training our staff to the highest standards.
From Labourer’s, team leaders to site managers. All carry out continuous ongoing training to
make sure all documentations and qualifications are held.
We are CITB trained, carry CSCS cards, we have first aid qualified people on every site, carry street work supervisor tickets and also level 3 confined spaces. We are also licensed for waste management work.
